Is it safe to submit my credit or debit card information on

Yes, we understand that the safety of your personal information and especially your credit card information is extremely important to you. We have therefore put stringent security measures in place to ensure that your credit card and personal information is never at risk.

It is our commitment to you to ensure that your private information is being transmitted in a safe and secure manner.

If you save your Credit Card / Debit Card information on Fashion Souq as part of your profile for future purposes, then it will be saved on a very secure banking system and not on Fashion Souq.


Will send me an order confirmation?

Yes, you will get a text message with an order confirmation and you will also receive an email to your registered email address once the transaction has been completed.

A copy of your order confirmation will also be saved to your Fashion Souq account so that you may retrieve the transaction information at any time.

Do I pay any fees or surcharges to for shopping online?

No, you will only pay the price of the item as it is shown on Fashion Souq as detailed in your Cart before you check out.

If your items are to be delivered outside of the United Arab Emirates, then Customs and other Duties may apply. Such duties will be payable to the shipper on delivery.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept Credit Cards (issued by Visa, MasterCard), most Debit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is accepted for orders that are to be delivered within the United Arab Emirates.


Can I email my credit card information to Fashion Souq?

To ensure your credit card information is not compromised, please DO NOT email your credit card information to or any of its employees.

Please note that we will not ask you for your credit card information and that you should be suspicious of any person or any email that claims to be from asking for credit card or account information.


Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we do accept most international credit cards, but we retain the right to refuse credit cards from certain countries, credit card companies, card issuers and banks.


How do I get extra protection on my online payments?

Fashion Souq is dedicated to providing secure online payment methods to our shoppers. We enabled 3-D Secure technology, an added level of security for Visa and MasterCard payments, which protects you from the unauthorized use of your credit card.

3-D Secure technology consists of the programs Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.


How it works

After you enter your credit card details in our online store, if your card is registered for 3-D Secure protection, a new window will appear requesting your personal security code. Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction within seconds, which will confirm that you are the individual making the purchase. If your card or bank does not have the facility of 3-D secure, you will not be prompted for a personal security code and continue to place your order.


If you haven't yet registered with Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode and are prompted, you'll need to activate this feature first. You can do this during the payment process, or activate it in advance by talking to your bank. After you register, you can use the security code for all your online transactions and ensure extra safety across all online transactions.


Do you charge sales tax on any item?

No, in the United Arab Emirates most items are not taxed. Therefore items sold on Fashion Souq DO NOT have sales taxes added..


How do charges from Fashion Souq appear on my bank statement?

Statements on your credit card or debit card account will show that your order was purchased from Fashion Souq
